About Client: Salaka Ensemble of Ghana is a Ghanaian drumming and dance group founded by Master Drummer Tuza.

The group focuses on preserving and sharing traditional Ghanaian rhythms and culture, performing locally and internationally, including annual tours in Australia.

Scope: Create a strong brand identity and digital presence that reflects Salaka’s Ghanaian roots, cultural depth, and international journey.

The project focused on brand identity design, logo creation, and a website that showcases Salaka’s performances while making it easy for audiences, organisers, and supporters to connect with the group.

Winstamac’s original sales process relied heavily on YouTube. Prospective customers would watch 3D house render videos and then email to enquire about prices before deciding whether to purchase building plans.

This approach created several challenges:

  • Lack of brand credibility and trust for international buyers

  • Manual email-based enquiries caused delays and missed opportunities due to time-zone differences

  • No transparent pricing or instant purchasing option

  • High friction in the buyer journey, leading to abandoned interest

  • Difficulty managing enquiries, payments, and file delivery at scale

  • Limited confidence from customers making cross-border payments

Our Approach

We redesigned Winstamac’s entire customer journey by building a centralised, professional website that turned interest into action.

All YouTube house render videos were embedded and linked directly to dedicated product pages. Visitors who discovered Winstamac through YouTube could now click through to a secure webpage, view plan details, and purchase instantly—without emailing or waiting for manual responses.

We implemented an e-commerce system that:

  • Handles secure international payments

  • Automatically delivers building plan files after purchase

  • Reduces back-and-forth communication

  • Builds trust through clear information, FAQs, and structured content

We also introduced a custom workflow allowing buyers to request plan modifications and receive tailored quotes, supporting Winstamac’s global and climate-specific design offering.

Final Outcome

The new platform transformed Winstamac from a content-led YouTube channel into a scalable digital business.
